... I have decided that it's finally time to write that book... and as many of you have suggested it's going to be all about my beloved chicken thighs. I'm in the early development and research process at the moment but we're currently writing under the working title of ... 'around the world on chicken thighs and other culinary adventures'... check back here for regular updates and if anyone has any suggestions of places to visit on my world tour then please leave me a comment below...
