… when the good folk at lizi’s granola contacted me and asked me to make a video of myself making my low-knead granola loaf I jumped at the chance however I hadn’t considered not being able to afford the assistant directors fees and so with The Viking on some kind of union strike I struck out on my own and created this quite natty vintage step-by-step montage… the ingredients below are enough for two loaves – one plain and one filled with lizi’s wonderful treacle and pecan granola… both made using some equally delicious viannos extra virgin olive oil… enjoy!
800g strong white flour
2 x 8g sachet’s of fast action yeast
2 large pinches of salt
a general handful of lizi’s granola
plenty of extra virgin olive oil
600ml tap water
eat and of course, enjoy!
