… well here it is, the big month of December, or Christember as I like to call it. All bets are off. No excuses, you are officially allowed to be as merry as you jolly well like and for us food bloggers that means plenty of Christmas baking and plenty of eggs! For this month’s Simply Eggcellent i’d love you to go completely wild and share all your recipes containing those glorious free-range eggs so that by the time we reach January we’ll have an incredible smorgasbord of delectable recipes. From classic christmas cake to mince pies… from poached eggs with smoked salmon to fried egg on toast… or how about a whisky sour or a classic eggnog… and if you don’t happen to celebrate christmas, well the theme is open to everything – the list is limitless, as the title say, quite literally, Anything Goes!
